Managing 4 product teams covering offer functionalities of the Shoptet platform. Coordinating complex dependencies across super domain and other teams for delivery of key features and infrastructure improvements. Built Product Manager Assistant (PMA) – AI-powered tool automating PM tasks with Slack, Asana, and GitHub integration. Helped select AI training program for product and design teams.

Built the strategic Multishop project from zero – enabling merchants to expand to international markets with localized content and currencies. Conducted initial discovery interviews, then introduced Continuous Discovery process with ongoing usability testing – first with clients through Customer Success, later via external call center. Coordinated working group for expanding e-shop language options, implemented Bulgarian as new language using AI, and set up machine translation infrastructure via Weblate. Collaborated closely with 7+ teams across the company for complex cross-platform integration.

Led product team focused on performance and scalability of catalog functionalities for 40,000+ e-shops. Identified critical issues with product imports, admin and storefront performance. Created ROI estimates for individual initiatives, set mission, vision, and metrics to guide the team. Authored the Product Requirements Document that became the unified PRD template company-wide. Established regular process for metrics evaluation and constructive feedback from Metabase and Power BI.

Owned product vision, strategy, and iteration. Collected regular NPS feedback – Scuk maintained NPS 90+ long-term. Prepared and processed both quantitative surveys and qualitative deep interviews. Analyzed data from analytics using SQL in BigQuery, visualized in Metabase and DataStudio. Used HotJar for session recordings and Growthbook for A/B testing. Communicated with developers in their language thanks to technical background, minimizing misunderstandings and shortening lead time. Worked directly in Figma design system.

Built and led the development team from scratch – 5 developers, 1 UX designer, 1 product manager, growing to 7 people. Prepared hiring requirements, conducted interviews for junior and senior positions. Regular 1-on-1s focused on growth using competency matrix. Used combination of Kanban and SCRUM, OKR with Radical Focus for product management. Stack: PHP/Symfony backend, React/TypeScript frontend, GraphQL API, Kubernetes on AWS.

Raised 2 investment rounds (Miton, Pale Fire Capital, Martin Rozhoň). Grew to 50+ full-time employees.

Classifieds aggregator \u2013 post one listing, publish to all major Czech and Slovak classifieds sites. The biggest technical challenge was getting listings onto individual sites that provided no APIs, requiring a unique technical solution. Spun off from Bayo to focus exclusively on the seller side. Project discontinued mid-2017.

Used goods marketplace – list items in 30 seconds via mobile app, match buyers with relevant nearby offers via private chat. As co-founder of 4–6 person startup, handled customer care, PPC campaigns, hiring, and presenting results to investors. Led technical side – requirements, dev processes, MVP development and iterations.

Migrated microservices backend from local hosting provider to AWS and Kubernetes cluster. Automated deployments of new versions. Built new internal application for customer search, communication, and keeping people happy – Spring Boot backend with React frontend. Automated driver payout process.

Rewrote two core products – deal aggregator Skrz.cz and B2B platform transformation from Rival.cz to self-service Můj.Skrz.cz. Under mentor Jiří Knesl, introduced code reviews, automated unit tests, and zero-downtime deployment workflow. Adopted Symfony 2 replacing homegrown framework, early-adopted React.js for interactive UI. Optimized servers, PHP, and MySQL, added RabbitMQ and Elasticsearch. Achieved 10× homepage loading speed improvement.

Built logistics platform for self-service delivery boxes in Java (Spring, Hibernate, Apache Wicket). Handled thousands of shipments, hundreds of thousands of API calls. Fully automated: shipment management, reporting, payment processing, and accounting. Also built Android app for couriers and coordinated external developers. Started part-time during university \u2013 built a platform in 6 months that other logistics companies took years to develop.
